Enterprise vendor review

Security decisions need current evidence.

Use your company's vendor-review process to evaluate the proposed LoanBot deployment. Request the materials and technical answers relevant to your requirements, and distinguish documented controls from planned work or platform-provider claims.

What to evaluate

Review the environment that your company will actually use.

A software demonstration is not a security assessment. The deployment discussion should identify the systems involved, the data permitted in each area, who may access it, and the approvals required before production use.

Identity and permissions

Ask about authentication, MFA and SSO requirements, role boundaries, tenant separation, and account lifecycle management. Confirm the implementation and evidence for your intended deployment.

Data handling and service providers

Review approved data categories, storage and transfer arrangements, retention and deletion requirements, and the service providers involved.

Operational readiness

Request information relevant to change management, logging, incident response, recovery, support, and vendor responsibilities.

Interpreting assurance materials

The scope and the issuer matter.

Any assessment or assurance document should be evaluated for its issuer, date, covered system, test scope, and limitations. A service provider's report is not a substitute for an assessment of LoanBot's own application and operating controls.

Independent assessments

Ask which reports are currently available and what they cover. This page does not assert that LoanBot holds a SOC 2 report or has completed an independent penetration test.

Readiness and remediation

Treat internal reviews and readiness work as supporting materials, not independent certification. Review any open items and agreed conditions before activation.
