| Billing context | All modeled LO seats included. Monthly cost follows closed-loan volume. | Legacy Business plan: $79/month for one LO or support user, reported by InsiderApps and software directories. Scaling to your LO count is an estimate, not current Lender Edition pricing. The current Lender Edition offers a different per-loan model. A 2024 mortgage-forum user reported $70/user/month; an unverified anecdote, not a rate card. | Total Expert’s vendor-sold AWS listing shows 50 users at $125/user/month, $75,000 for a 12-month contract. The calculator extrapolates that per-seat rate to your team; it does not treat a 50-user offer as a confirmed 200-user quote. Modules and negotiated enterprise terms may differ. |

200 LOs · 500 closed loans / monthTerms. Blend’s Q1 2026 investor supplement reports $75 of core-software economic value per funded loan ($84 including partnerships). Core includes Mortgage and Blend Close. This is an aggregate company metric, not a standalone POS rate or customer quote. Reviewed October 6, 2026Every platform can be modeled. Published plans, reported estimates, historical benchmarks, company metrics, and LoanBot assumptions are labeled separately. Platform cards use your calculator’s other product cost to compare a complete stack. Bundles are counted once; retained LOS licenses and borrower-readiness products are not automatically claimed as savings.

200 CRM seats × $100/month = $20,000. 500 closed loans × $60 POS cost = $30,000. Current combined spend is $50,000/month. LoanBot at 500 × $50 = $25,000/month. The difference is $25,000/month, or $300,000/year, before additional costs.
The opening example uses a company baseline, not a vendor quote. Selecting a platform loads its sourced rate or labeled planning input. Total Expert uses its $125/user AWS listing; Floify uses a legacy $79/LO benchmark; Surefire uses a historical $150/user report. Enterprise projections may differ from negotiated contracts. Editing a rate changes it to your entered cost.
BeSmartee and LiteSpeed use the original $60/closed-loan company baseline as an explicit LoanBot planning assumption. That is not their advertised rate or a researched vendor estimate. Their comparisons still calculate immediately, and you can enter a different dollar amount and billing unit. Low-confidence third-party figures for nCino and Usherpa are labeled and linked separately.
Yes. Divide an annual subscription by 12 and enter the monthly equivalent. Select “Total / month” for a negotiated or tiered bill. Enter bundled products once. Match billable events: applications and closed loans are different volumes.
Include paid support seats, minimum commitments, messaging, data and verification usage, integrations, implementation, migration, and overlapping contracts. The calculator supports added monthly costs and one-time switching costs. Productivity gains and extra revenue are not included in the savings estimate.
Sources were reviewed on October 6, 2026; that is not a guarantee that a listed price is current. Historical dates, unconfirmed directory reports, and forum anecdotes are identified in the cards. Blend uses a Q1 2026 core-software metric that includes Close, not a standalone POS quote. General CRMs and borrower-readiness products have different scopes. Your contract or invoice is the best input.
