Mandatory Mediation. You and LoanBot agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy, your use of the Services, or any aspect of your relationship with LoanBot shall first be submitted to confidential mediation in Travis County, Texas, under the Commercial Mediation Rules of the American Arbitration Association. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may then file a lawsuit in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
